How does the planning process work?

It starts with a consultation call where we learn about your story and vision. From there, we guide you through design concepts, vendor selection, and coordination, handling every detail so you can enjoy the experience from start to finish.

What’s the average budget you work with?

Every wedding is unique, and budgets vary depending on the scale, venue, and design direction. After our consultation, we share a clear proposal outlining the estimated cost and options that align with your priorities.

How involved will I be in the planning?

As much or as little as you’d like. Some brides prefer to be part of every decision, while others prefer to leave the details to us. Either way, you’ll always be informed, in control, and at ease throughout the process.

Do you only plan weddings or other types of events as well?

While weddings are our specialty, we also plan engagements, milkah celebrations, and private events such as Ramadan gatherings and graduation celebrations, all handled with the same care and detail.

Where do you plan events?

We’re proudly based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our events take place across the Kingdom, and we’re expanding to new cities and introducing destination wedding services soon.

Do you have preferred vendors, or can we bring our own?

We work with a trusted network of florists, photographers, caterers, and entertainment partners. You’re also welcome to bring your own vendors — we’ll coordinate everything to ensure harmony and consistency.

What types of venues do you work with?

From hotel ballrooms and private villas to outdoor setups and custom builds, we plan and design events across Jeddah’s most beautiful venues, always tailored to your theme and guest experience.

Do you plan milkah or engagement celebrations separately?

Yes. We offer dedicated packages for milkah and engagement celebrations, whether hosted at home, in a private venue, or an outdoor setting. Each event is designed and managed with the same creative direction and detail as a wedding.

How do payments and contracts work?

Once your package is confirmed, we issue a formal agreement detailing all deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Payments are made locally within Saudi Arabia.

Do you offer partial planning or on-the-day coordination?

Yes. Whether you’d like us to manage the entire journey or simply step in closer to the date, we offer packages suited to your needs and timeline.

What’s included in your wedding planning services?

Our full-service planning covers every aspect — from concept design and décor to vendor management, scheduling, and on-day coordination. We ensure everything is organized, cohesive, and beautifully executed.

How far in advance should I contact you?

We recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months before your wedding date to secure your spot, but we also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.

Do you handle décor and styling in-house?

Yes. Our creative team develops the full design concept — florals, tablescapes, lighting, and layout — ensuring your celebration looks cohesive and feels effortless.

Do you plan private or seasonal events such as Ramadan gatherings or graduations?

Yes. We design and coordinate Ramadan setups, graduation celebrations, and other milestone occasions that call for a refined, memorable experience.

Can I meet the team in person before confirming?

Absolutely. We always encourage clients to visit our office in Jeddah for an in-person meeting. It’s a welcoming space where you can meet our team, share your vision, and see how we work. We believe every great event begins with a genuine connection and we’d love to start that with you.
